It was my delight to go out to Bill & Diana’s place on the lake. We went for this great walk on their property & I took lots of photos. Their kitty came with us for the walk!
It must be about a 2.5 km drive from the highway to their house. It was with confidence that I drove down the lane that said “No Exit”. It was narrow and rolling hills. It was amazing the sense of seclusion and yet know how close a major highway was nearby. They assured me they get their road plowed out at each snowfall, but I was thinking “Why would you ever want to leave this home?”
Great food, great wine, great visiting … and raspberry pie – it was amazing & I’ve never had that before.
