She would think nothing of wearing the earrings that I wore yesterday (that dangle just below my earlobes) with her collar. However, she doesn't wear large hoops (like more than an inch in diameter) or earrings that would be considered loud or that would draw lots of attention with her collar. Pretty much any earrings that my mom would wear would be fine with a collar, I would think. Now aren't I just the nicest friend you could ever ask for?? Never once did we feel the urge to switch off the lights to send Kristin home ... why even a very annoying, and loud!, smoke detector which went off during the broiling of those said hamburgers failed to nudge her!! (No comment from anyone on that, please!) And just to clarify ... the 'lots of teasing' was directed AT Jen and Mike and Gerald and I, not BY us!! All in all, a wonderful afternoon .... remember we had lots of catching up to do with Kristin. We missed her! Must go now and read that "new" book Kristin says there is in the Bible .... one called Exxooo-Exxxooddddus?!?!!? It was a GREAT day for us too!!!
