Probably it’s the age that I am (50) but I am being blessed by with being around babies this summer. I’ve been able to hold Leah’s brother’s baby, Leah’s sister’s baby, my nephew’s baby, and another nephew has just had a baby that I’m looking forward to holding. Dear friends in Ontario have just had twins! I wish I was there to hug the whole family!
One of my many delightful moments of ministry this summer included my being invited to be present at the birth of a baby. My ‘O My! God is so good!
Beautiful babies Jacob and Emma Holmes – and their proud parents, Merv and Kim and big sister Heather were at St. Peter’s for worship yesterday … just 11 days after the twins’ births. Mommy and Daddy look Great and the babies are soooooooo adorable, so beautiful, so tiny! We rejoice with them! And just think, I’ll get to hold them … and you won’t Kristin, unless of course you return to Ontario!! Hint ! Hint!
I am so envious of you holding those babies! Give them an extra kiss from me! And hugs all around for everyone else!!
