Uncle Lew and Auntie Hilda flew in from Victoria as he was invited to speak at the Hanley (my home town) Remembrance Day service. The chapel team that I am on was responsible for had the Nov 10th service and we wanted to do something around Remembrance Day and prayers for peace. Everyone thought it would be great to have my 90 year old uncle speak about his experiences as a WW II pilot. It was wonderful.
