I would like to do something a little bit different with my blog this time around. I would like to share your stories. When I heard that Jennifer, friend and regular commentor, had broken her wrist I thought … here’s a story. I emailed her for a photo and she was very obliging. From the photo we also learn that her daffodils are up. She must have learned about ‘multiple angles to a story’ from her mother who is a journalist!
Jennifer reported that she came in contact with a solid night table and lost the battle! You have to love the craftsmanship of the woodworker.
Everyone has stories. Send me your story and photo – or better yet I’ll give you my password and you can type up your own story. Either way … I think this can be fun
Well, for better… or for, um, better…. I am my mother’s daughter!
Thanks for the post.
The support of friends and family has definitely been a gift to me during this time.
One more thing: when buying bedroom furniture, beware of handmade Amish furniture from Sullivan township. It’s sturdy stuff.
So is this where I begin to tell ALL the stories from Kristin’s internship in Ontario that haven’t been told yet??? (or perhaps more correctly, “made up” yet!)
I think we need to hear from Fran …. I am sure she has a story or two or more she could share about your time together!
And thanks for the compliment Jen! What a sweetheart you are … but then again, what else would I expect … you are like me, after all!!
I was thinking it would be better to have fewer stories about me and more about what’s going on in lives all over the place … fascinating though I am!!
Ahhh, but we ENJOY reading about you and your crazy antics! Like copping out on school work to go shopping, for example … shame on you! Even though it sounds like you had a wonderful time!
Besides, there are so few stories about me!
Seeeee! You should be writing posts because you make up stories in your comments!! I didn’t go shopping – I went to a movie. But I was thinking I should purchase a dress for convocation, which would mean new shoes.
People might buy your last sentence if you didn’t put an exclamation mark at the end!!
Doesn’t Jesus saying something about thinking is the same thing as doing regarding lust and murder? Maybe that applies to shopping (coveting) too…
