I have been feeling a bit flu-ish today (Tuesday) so I decided it was time for me to get my act together and compile a folder of digital photos (with captions) for my Mom. Emily had received a digital photo frame which she wasn’t using and it seems like the simplest and least bulky way to provide a photo album for my Mom. My Mom has lost a great deal of her memory but still loves looking at photos. Digital photos allow me to add the who/what/where information. I’ve got 97 photos done including ones I have of my brother’s families and my uncles families. I’ll make a trip up to see my Mom at the care home where she lives. I’m sure she’ll be delighted. And the luxury of the photo frame is that it is easy to update with more photos and folks send photos from their collections.
