Leslie and Doug watching Football

Leslie and Doug watching football One of the great things about living in Swift Current is that my brother, Leslie and Barbara, live here, too. Leslie and Doug both love football. They spent the fall watching football games in front of our TV (that’s because we bought a flat screen & can watch it in HD).

As you can see they dutifully wear their Rider gear to watch the games.

As for the snuggling of the chairs …….. they don’t do that because they like each other ……… it’s because of the furniture configuration and having to move chairs to watch TV.

I don’t want to hear any comments about the outcome of the Grey Cup!

What do you mean, you don’t want any comments about the Grey Cup. Montreal won-what more can you say?

  2. Kristin says:

So far … you and Mary have said quite a bit! It is a painful topic … still … a few weeks latter! Especially about the part “Montreal won.”

  3. Mary Golem says:

I’ll be obedient and make no comment …. but Gerald says we’re thinking lots of stuff!!!!!!!

  4. Kristin says:

I’ve had enough of Gerald’s thoughts. Tell him to stop!!!

  5. Mary Golem says:

Kristin, Kristin, Kristin … why do you assume Gerald’s thoughts are bad ones?!!??? Poor Gerald! (Hmm…don’t hear that too much, now do we?)

  6. Kristin says:

Your stretching the “Poor Gerald” remark a little far … not that you would ever intentionally exaggerate!

Bad thoughts … NO! … Mocking thoughts … YES!!! (three exclamation marks are required)

  7. Mary Golem says:

Truth be known, Gerald was cheering for the green and whites too …. and yes, so was I (hmmm….who are the green and whites???) That’s why it makes me wonder why Rhett is wearing Alouette red!

  8. Dale and Joe Hary says:

    Hi Kristin
Just had to leave a small comment from those of us who bleed green. Montreal did
not win! We lost due to one of those
untimely errors that at times occur.
Otherwise, we would at this very moment,
be showing off the Cup in every corner of
Saskatchewan! The Grinch came early this
    year.

  9. Kristin says:

Hi Dale! I absolutely agree with you!
