Gerald doesn’t read his wife’s newspaper stories or church newsletter … why do you think he’d read your blog?! Every so often, I show him things on this site and I tell him he HAS to look. He does! I know what you’re thinking … poor Gerald! Not so!

Glad to see you back on line, Doug. Also, happy to know we Ontario folks have you on your toes!

By the way, Gerald was going to make some comment a week or so ago about Sask having too many men on the field – yet again! – in a football game … and losing . . . but I would not let him. I know, I know …. nice Mary!!

Now I’m not sure what Mary means by “eye-catching” … something didn’t catch her eye … or worse … she actually believed what I wrote!

Not that I am nit picky and a know-it-all but isn’t the other animal a pronghorn antelope, not a deer. I just couldn’t let it go and let those Ontario folks think we don’t know our animals.

Thank you for reminding me of the big Hereford bull gracing the entry into Chesley. We had Herefords growing up and so seeing him was always a sentimental experience!
